TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HELISKIING
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE HELI-SKIING 
INDUSTRY THERE ARE COMMITMENTS THE HELISKI OPERATOR MUST MAKE LONG BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION. WE STRONGLY ENFORCE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Heliskiing PoliciesReservation tips:
1) Keep in mind that guests with confirmed advance reservations have seat priority when weather cancels scheduled heli skiing and limited seats exists for the next possible ski day. 

2) Due to the unpredictable nature of weather, guests are advised to allow themselves a maximum number of days during their vacation to go heli skiing. Be prepared to pick a back-up weather day or two when you make your reservation.

3) Some of our guests make their heliskiing reservations in small groups.  Although we make every effort to keep groups of friends and family members together, weight considerations and other safety factors affect groupings on a daily basis.  Due to these safety considerations Telluride Helitrax cannot guarantee that your group will always be able to ski together.  Early booking allows Helitrax every opportunity to combine like-minded skiers and friends into well-matched groups.

Reservations can be made by internet up to 12noon the day prior to a heli-ski day.

Space is limited and early reservations have seat priority when weather postpones heli-skiing dates and if weight limits cause group splits.
